Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople in framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Complete daily time logs and equipment reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic tool operation knowledge preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
