Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to various work areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Trade Support: Perform general labor tasks to support carpenters, electricians, and masons on various projects.
- Physical Demands: Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and communicate with team members.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
