Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) as directed
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and task completion
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with concrete work, framing, or excavation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
