Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately place building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and assist with concrete pouring and finishing.
- Perform general labor tasks including sweeping, hauling debris, and cleaning up.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety on the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
