Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform minor site preparation work, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for eager learners.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
