Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites daily.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform basic measurements, cuts, and assembly of lumber and other building materials.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various manual labor tasks as directed.
- Ensure the job site remains organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
