Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and according to guidelines.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and site organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and math to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple blueprints or instructions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
