Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and drywall installation under the guidance of supervisors.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site foremen to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload construction equipment and materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
