Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as needed.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
