Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and demolition.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
