Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in various construction activities such as framing, drywall, and painting.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Dig, level, and prepare sites for construction projects as directed by supervisors.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction area.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
