Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Task Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and hauling debris.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support daily operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and report any issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
