Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unuck trucks and organize construction materials
- Maintain clean, safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with framing, concrete, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in Arizona weather
