Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing waste and organizing tools.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines on site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the job site.
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
