Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely handle lumber, drywall, tools, and other construction supplies to job sites.
- Site preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and moving earth as directed.
- Equipment operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist tradespeople: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers on-site.
- Quality control: Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Site cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols strictly.
