Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist in the setup, cleanup, and maintenance of construction sites.
- Unload and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project flow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
