Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by project supervisors and foremen.
- Set up and take down temporary structures, scaffolding, and barriers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on uneven surfaces.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
