Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, piping systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform pipe inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan complex plumbing projects accurately.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience (Urgently hiring entry-level too).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
