Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install new piping, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, toilets, sinks).
- Perform pressure tests and leak detection to ensure system integrity.
- Interact with clients to explain technical issues and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven field experience.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes (Florida Building Code).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
