Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and safe for the team.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Must be a US citizen or possess valid legal work authorization.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
