Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by cleaning up debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
