Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and general laborers.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Measurement: Perform basic measurements and calculations to assist with project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Teamwork: Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
