Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup, excavation, and site preparation tasks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols strictly.
- Move heavy objects and debris as required by project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
