Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating are helpful.
