Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate power tools, heavy machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Demonstrate proper lifting techniques and maintain a clean job site.
- Follow all safety regulations, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Perform basic measurements, cuts, and shaping of materials as directed.
- Help with demolition and site preparation for new construction projects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity).
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
