Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including site preparation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and power equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and early mornings
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience
