Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on residential and commercial wiring systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not always mandatory for entry-level).
- No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (addition, subtraction, fractions).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
