Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Pull and run conduit, install junction boxes, and terminate wiring to code.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Learn and strictly adhere to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with guidance from senior staff.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions, measurements).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
