Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial installations and repairs.
- Prepare work areas, organize tools and materials, and maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine safety checks and strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Handle equipment, transport materials, and assist with inventory management.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and wire termination as instructed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- No previous electrical experience is necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
