Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting under supervision
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and NEC standards
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development sessions
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain organized workspaces
- Support emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Pass background check and drug screening
