About the Role:
As an Electrician Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced journeymen to learn the ins and outs of residential and commercial electrical systems. This is an entry-level position perfect for those eager to learn a high-demand trade with long-term stability.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical circuits and wiring issues under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
- Keep accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licensure required; we are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
