Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site clearing, excavation, and preparing areas for construction.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Attendance: Reliable attendance with a history of showing up on time and ready to work.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
