Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low pressure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing emergencies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber’s License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX), fittings, and tools.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
