Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating connections.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide all necessary training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
