Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is required; we provide full training and mentorship for the right candidates.
