Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under expert supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems.
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, switches, and devices (e.g., circuit breakers).
- Respond to customer service calls and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and time logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are required for site travel.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary—we will train you.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
