Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Ensure that all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project updates clearly.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
