Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine layout.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and heights.
