Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating devices.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on equipment and tools.
- Document work performed and report any issues to the foreman.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, crawl, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
