Key Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine electrical inspections and testing of systems.
- Handle and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
