Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and team members
- Manage inventory and tools for assigned projects
- Complete detailed work documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (or reciprocity for Ohio roles)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
