Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan projects.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Use hand and power tools safely to drill holes, pull wires, and mount outlets.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn the trade is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
