Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience in the NY/NC region.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical manuals.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
