Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects accurately.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system longevity and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently during night operations.
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NEC) and regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over completed projects and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 30-hour card or willingness to obtain.
