Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential and commercial installations, including wiring, outlets, and lighting.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- No criminal background affecting job performance (background check required).
