Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and component failures efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity and reliability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all company environmental and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, power distribution systems, and transformers.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
