Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan work.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist senior electricians with complex troubleshooting and installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior electrical experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for travel between sites).
