Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and demolition
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in scaffold assembly/disassembly and trench shoring
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
