Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support carpenters and tradespeople with material delivery and setup
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily maintenance and equipment checks
- Adhere to project schedules and team instructions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
