Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks under supervision
- Operate hand tools and power equipment after proper training
- Complete daily documentation and progress reports as assigned
Qualifications
